You’ll have access to shopping centers and other leisure activities like the Cassiobury Park, Watford Colosseum and Watford Theater. Perfect for families, groups or for short term rentals and with easy access to Central London.

Situated within easy access to Watford Tube Station and Watford Junction Station, which offers a fast 20-minute connection into Central London. The Clarendon Lofts is also located just 2 minutes’ walk from the high street, within touching distance of the area’s shopping hotspots like INTU Watford, bar, coffee shop and restaurant all within a short walk away so you’ll never be short of things to do. From Watford, London is so easy to reach, with countless family attractions and places of interest to explore. -There is only one secure car parking for the apartment.
– When reserving for car park, guest would need to pay a Refundable Security Deposit of £100. Your Security Deposit will be refunded to the card used for payment, once car fob is returned after check out.
-A cleaner is available during your stay on request for an additional cost (depending on number of guests). The manuals of all appliances are provided on the starting day to the guests.
