Modern Loft in the heart of the Marais

Welcome to my 30 m2 apartment, located on the 4th floor WITHOUT lift, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Marais and its many bars, shops and restaurants and museums, and next to the historic Place des Vosges (3min).

The apartment has a TV and a WIFI connection. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and its bathroom. It can accommodate up to 2 people.

A professional cleaning is carried out before each stay.

The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay in Paris. It will be very popular for its location in the heart of the Marais and the Saint-Paul district (Metro Line 1).

Only guests will have access to the apartment during their rental.

To make your stay even more pleasant during my absence, I have entrusted the management of my apartment to Milan and Patricia who are co-hosts of the apartment.

It is with them that you will exchange, don’t hesitate to contact them if you have any questions!

They will provide you with sheets, towels, soap and basic consumables and will be there if needed before and during your stay.

The Marais district is a mythical district of Paris. It is a village in the very center of Paris. This neighborhood is filled with history and culture!

Through this historic district, discover the Parisian atmosphere of yesterday and today thanks to its private mansions housing many museums, its restaurants, its bars, as well as its famous Place des Vosges known throughout the world for its red brick buildings and slate roofs bordering the square and its garden. Many personalities have stayed there, in particular the famous writer, Victor Hugo whose house is to be visited!

Also visit the Saint-Paul Saint-Louis church and its Baroque style which preserves the memories of royalty and the Revolution.

Don’t hesitate to criss-cross the streets of the district which are full of hidden alleys sheltering numerous shops of antique dealers, designers and art galleries!

Outside its district, the 3th Arrondissement of Paris is renowned for being a trendy district and one of the favorite districts of Parisians for its cultural openness.
