Studio with terrace at Rua da Boavista in the center of Porto.

The main historical building is full of light, a real Bourgeois House from the XIX century, completely remodeled in 2015. The studio itself has one bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen, room area and living area to relax. The terrace is fabulous to sunbath or to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. It faces our garden, a true refuge in the center of the town, with its plants, decks and the giant pine tree that gives it the finishing touch.

The studio has Wi-Fi, cable TV, heating and all the comforts to make you feel like in the most welcoming version of your own home.

It is located on the 3rd floor, at Rua da Boavista, a renowned area full of restaurants and coffee shops. Please note that, as far as we preserved an ancient building, it has not elevator!

The location is excellent since it allows you to walk to some of the most iconic Porto sights (Casa da Música, Bom Sucesso Market and the Arts District are within a 10 minute walk) and the Carolina Michaelis Metro Station (with direct connections to the airport and all the city) is three minutes from home.

Upon arrival we will be glad to give you all the tips to discover the district and the city. This is the right place to feel at home!

The apartment is located in the 3rd floor and has 44 square meters. It features a double bedroom and living room area, kitchen and bathroom.

The building doesn’t have an elevator.

There are several extra services you can request:

– Transfer (by shuttle or private taxi) to and from the airport;
– Babysitting;

Please let us know at the time of the booking if you will be requesting any of the above mentioned services or other special services. These are provided by business partners therefore are subject to availability.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.

The location is ideal for all dining, culture, business and transport in the city-center. Secure parking is available nearby. This accommodation is suitable for students, families and professionals.
