This recently remodeled 3rd floor studio is located two blocks away from the famous Art District, in a renovated historical landmark building from the XIX century, convenient to some of the most iconic attractions in the city, including Casa da Música and the art gallery district. Featuring stunning architectural detail, amazing design pieces, as well as brand new appliances and ultimate technology, you’ll fall in love the second you enter the door.

This bright studio is situated next to Carolina Michaelis Metro Station – with direct connections to the airport and the entire city – and very close to many of the city bus lines, including the ones that will take you to the airport or the beach.

Its central location allows you to reach the Arts District (Miguel Bombarda), Casa da Música, Bom Sucesso Market, Aliados Avenue or Torre dos Clérigos, within a few minutes’ walk. The quiet neighborhood has various restaurants and coffee shops, as well as grocery stores, pharmacies and supermarkets for anything you may need on your holiday.

The studio is 24 square meters, with a modern, brand new double bed to assure the maximum comfort of your stay, after a day walking around the city to enjoy the best it has to offer. It also features a full private bathroom, with shower, toilet, towel heating device, hair-dryer, top quality towels and eco-labeled toiletries.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances – refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, toaster and more. A large flat-screen cable TV and top quality wi-fi are also available.

Besides the apartment, you can also enjoy our incredibly garden, with several plants, outside shower, grill and relaxing corners.

Boavista area is totally central in the city. That’s where you can find the stunning Casa da Música and Mercado do Bom Sucesso. Historical area and Arts district are a short walking distance away.

The apartment is located in the 3rd floor and has 24 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference), kitchen and bathroom.

The building doesn’t have an elevator.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.
