Sunny & Spacious 3 br apt Sants

Spacious apartment very close to Sants Station. A flat located in a very quiet building with 100 square meters consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and all the necessary appliances to be able to cook during your stay. In the living room there is a corner bed, a television and a dining area, and next to the living room there is a room with a sofa bed.
Ideal apartment for a family or 2 or 3 roommates.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:

SECURITY DEPOSIT
1 month rent, fully refundable within 30 days of check-out as long as there are no damages to the apartment.

UTILITY FEES
An extra 200€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference.

LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

PETS: Your furry friends are more than welcome in our apartment! However, please note the following extras will apply:
– 150€ monthly extra fee
– 250€ extra security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the property.

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.
