You will be located in the lively Rua da Boavista, a couple of blocks away from Casa da Música and the Arts District, where you can enjoy the hip lifestyle of the neighborhood. You will be within a 3 minutes’ walk to Carolina Michaelis Metro Station, with direct metros and buses that will take you to anywhere in Porto in no time! You will also be walking distance to Aliados Avenue, the downtown and Boavista Avenue, places crowded with artsy people, cool restaurants, bars and stores! You’ll find this apartment amazing – a beautiful place to spend a day relaxing and enjoying the city life.

The bedroom is totally independent from the rest of the apartment, allowing privacy for 4 people.

The place features cutting-edge design, a big equipped bathroom with traditional hand-made tiles on the floor, and a full range of home appliances (including a microwave, coffee machine, complete fridge, oven, toaster, water boiler). The room has a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. You will feel like coming back to your own home at the end of the day.

Furthermore, you will be able to use our breath-taking garden, with our stunning pine tree, relaxing corners, fully equipped grill and outdoor shower.

The apartment is located in the 2nd floor and has 63 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference), living room with a sleeping sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bathroom.

The building doesn’t have an elevator.

Please let us know at the time of the booking if you will be requesting any of the above mentioned services or other special services. These are provided by business partners therefore are subject to availability.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.
