Offering the best of both worlds, The Arches is eight minutes’ walk from Hampstead Heath with over 800 acres of wild parkland and lush meadows and boasting some of the most spectacular views in the city. The development is just a few moments walk from the heart of Dartmouth park, Swains Lane, famous for its village boutiques. Locals enjoy a choice of Coffee shops, bakeries and Superette, a popular gourmet grocer. A dry cleaners, Tesco express, and
Village vet are also amongst the conveniences of this location. Gospel Oak Overground and Kentish Town are also just a short walk away, bringing great connections all over the city. The houses feature unique façades with striking arches, created from London Stock brick and are arranged over three floors but appear to be single storey from the Highgate Road, nestled behind landscaped gardens to the southerly aspect.

While we want you to enjoy the house like it your own, we do also ask that you treat the property with respect and care – Anyone who does not will be asked to leave immediately and could face further action

Check out is 11am unless otherwise agreed upon. 50GBP/ half hour will be charged if guest resides in flat past check out time without prior approval.

No smoking– 200GBP fine imposed

Late check ins between 9pm-midnight are charged at £60

Check ins after midnight must be requested before booking to confirm availability and charge

We can provide baby cots and high chairs, for health and safety reasons, we do not supply the mattress or linen for the cot. Many guests order these online to be delivered for their stay.
