The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor we have a living area with kitchenette, living room, double sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs, reachable with a spiral staircase, we find a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Other things to note
Please communicate the time of your arrival. Remember: if you don’t give us any indication you could wait some time before to get in the apartment. Free check-in is guaranteed from Monday to Sunday, between 3 pm and 8 pm. Other arrangements may require a supplement. In particular:

11am – 3pm = 30€ supplement (depending on availability, if cleanings are still in the process you can just leave bags)

8pm – 10pm = 20€ supplement

10pm – 1am= 30€ supplement

The time-schedule to check-in is subject to availability of our Welcome Staff. In the event that other bookings are on the same day, you will agree together the optimal check in time for both.
