We have 139 fully equipped Studios. It also has several hotel facilities: gym, sauna, minimart, restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace with an amazing view across the area.

Our property  is located on the south side of the city, at walking distance from the Amstelveen tram line that connects Zuidas, Amstelveen and Amsterdam-South. This location has a unique roof terrace with views towards the Amsterdamse Bos, Zuidas & Schiphol airport.

Guest access
You’ll have the convenience of your own private Studio, where you can be completely self-sufficient. Rather mingle with other guests? Enjoy our full service bar & restaurant Lucia’s and the amazing view on our rooftop terrace. Besides, you have free access to our fitness and sauna.
Other things to note:

Cleaning
We provide a cleaning service every 7 days free of charge. Change of towels and trash removal is available daily (free of charge). Extra housekeeping services can be provided at a surcharge (based upon availability).

Deposit
During check-in, a pre-authorization charge of € 150,- is taken on your credit card in case of damages. Our property will release this deposit (subject to an inspection of the apartment) within 24 hours after check-out. Unfortunately credit card providers are very slow (up to 7 working days) in releasing the visible deposit taken on the credit card.

Breakfast
Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet at Luciaʼs on the 6th floor. Open from 07:00-10:00h and during the weekend from 08:00-11:00h.
