We have 139 fully equipped Studios. It also has several hotel facilities: gym, sauna, minimart, restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace with an amazing view across the area.

Our property is located on the south side of the city, at walking distance from the Amstelveen tram line that connects Zuidas, Amstelveen and Amsterdam-South. This location has a unique roof terrace with views towards the Amsterdamse Bos, Zuidas & Schiphol airport.

Just on the border of Amsterdam South and Amstelveen it’s very easy to take the direct tram to the city centre of Amsterdam, or the other way to Amstelveen where you will discover a very nice town with a very large shopping mall and various restaurants, bars and museums. From the hotel it’s very easy to commute to the main business district (South Axis and Arena area) and Amsterdam Museumplein (Rijksmuseum). And we have rental bikes to explore the neighbourhood!

Within just 15 minutes, tram 5 & 6 takes you to Amsterdam Zuidas (business district) and within 25 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Driving to Amsterdam? We’ve paid parking spots behind our building.

Moreover, we encourage our guests to explore Amsterdam, just like we locals do, by bike. Within 20 minutes you will reach “The Pijp” area where the Heineken Brewery is situated or the Jordan Canal Area, where you can wander along the typical Amsterdam houses, the Anne Frank House and enjoy the big variety of lovely restaurants and bars.

Cleaning
We provide a cleaning service every 7 days free of charge. Change of towels and trash removal is available daily (free of charge). Extra housekeeping services can be provided at a surcharge (based upon availability).

Deposit
During check-in, a pre-authorization charge of € 150,- is taken on your credit card in case of damages. Our property will release this deposit (subject to an inspection of the apartment) within 24 hours after check-out. Unfortunately credit card providers are very slow (up to 7 working days) in releasing the visible deposit taken on the credit card.

Please note that this Apartment has a minimum-age requirement of 18 (or under supervision).

Breakfast
Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet at Luciaʼs on the 6th floor. Open from 07:00-10:00h and during the weekend from 08:00-11:00h, pre-booked it costs only €18,50 per person.

Getting around
Don’t feel like travelling by public transport? We’re more than happy to arrange some rental bikes and/or book a taxi for you.

During your stay you are required to comply with our property s house rules, which will be made available on arrival.
